About us
Our cottage is a 100-year-old renovated authentic house situated on 1000 square meters of land with a pool, located in Dubrava Zabočka, an integral part of the town of Zabok. Nestled on the slopes of hills and the lowland section along the regional road Zagreb-Trakošćan, in the valley of the Krapina River, just behind the general hospital in Zabok.

The house consists of a kitchen connected to the dining room and a pantry. In the living room, there is a wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and a sofa bed for two people. In the attic, there is a bedroom with a total of six beds, including one double bed and four single beds
The basement is equipped with a television and a wood-burning fireplace, and there is also a high table with six chairs. The space includes a barbecue area that is fully equipped for classic grilling, with various-sized covers for roasting and all the necessary tools for preparing lamb. The barbecue area is covered and additionally offers oak benches and a table for ten people, constituting an integral part of the house.
The yard is divided into two parts. The first part includes a pool with an outdoor shower, while the second part features a garden shed intended for firewood and gardening tools. Not far from it stands a large wooden swing. The yard allows parking for four cars, with an additional two parking spaces within the courtyard of the house.
